Persist / Save the gas price

When the gas price increases in the network, it typically affects all transactions. However, if you were to change the gas price for a transaction in the wallet, and after you've completed the transaction, when you go to the wallet to perform another transaction, the gas price is reset again.

Please persist any gas price changes done by the user.
