Update MongoDB to version 3.0 (or 2.6)

Is it possible to update MongoDB in this package to version 3.0 (or at least to 2.6) ? It will be very useful as it allows to use extended aggregation features, which together with CUDA can give high performance with heavy queries! Any ideas are much appreciated, I'm trying to use your package with some cheminformatics toolkit and big molecular dataset, am I on the right track here?
