Allow swiping on tab bar for navigation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Something I would do a lot in Apollo was swipe on the tab bar for navigation. You could swipe both left and right. Swiping right on the tab bar would bring you back, akin to swiping right from the left side of the screen. Swiping left on the tab bar would bring you forward to the last view you had.

Describe the solution you'd like Pretty much the same implementation as Apollo, swiping left would have to come after a feature that saves your last place is implemented (if that's even in the pipeline). But swiping right could be available to go back, since there's already code in place to go back.
