[UI] Magazine title overlaps the sort by new element

Describe the bug When attempting to sort by New, it is easy to tap the magazine's name. The magazine's name appears to be tappable directly underneath and extend halfway down into the "New" sorting option.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any community.
2. Click on the post sorting icon.
3. Tap the "New" sorting option underneath the magazine title.
4. If the tap was directly underneath the magazine title and about half of the height of the "New" option box, the tap will bring up the Magazine menu.

Expected behavior Tapping the New option should sort the current feed, not take me to the magazine menu.
