Make sorting for Threads & Posts independent

pain point: I'd like to see hot posts in Threads view and newest posts in Posts view, but currently the selected option applies to both the Threads and the Posts tabs.

Proposed solution: let users choose different sorting methods (hot/new/popular) for Threads and Posts views.
