Laggy animations in icon picker

Describe the bug Scrolling the app icon picker becomes laggy

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the app
  2. Quickly switch between tabs (home, profile, inbox, settings)
  3. Navigate to the settings tab and open the app icon picker
  4. Scrolling around quickly should induce the lag

Expected behavior Scrolling stays smooth

Additional context Back animation stutter:

  • Using either the UI back button or the one provided by gesture navigation results in a stuttery animation. This happens even if the laggy scrolling hasn't been induced.
