This feature request relates to a simular feature found in Voiceover on IOS, where a menu is able to be used for navigating between items, similar to what a press and hold/shortcut menu does on an item. Custom Action menus on Android, work with both the TalkBack and Jieshuo (Commentar)y) screen readers.
