Notification should include original post title

Describe the bug When viewing notifications, the post title is not included in the notification itself. This makes it hard to tell which post (if you've posted 5-6 things today, for example) someone is commenting on.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the notifications/inbox tab

Expected behavior I think the title of the original post would go a long way. An icon indicating whether to reply is to you or another comment on the original post would be nice too. Sometimes big conversations kick off that you don't want to follow but you may want to see at a glance if a new top level comment is there.
