Show username (+avatar) on home and all feed

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently you can not see who made a post on the home and all feeds.

Describe the solution you'd like I think there is enough room next to the magazine name to include the username:

There might also be enough room to show the user avatar next to the username. (if show avatars is selected in the settings)

Possible issues When a user with a long username posts to a magazine with a long name, it could be possible that there is not enough room. Maybe in that case one of the following could fix this: -only show the avatar -omit the username completely -truncate (...) the username
