Options to invert most things in the app

For left-handed users or right-handed users with short- or long-term disability, it would be great to be able to invert some or all parts of the app, to bring as much familiarity back as possible when people are holding their phones in an unexpected way.

Describe the solution you'd like A set of options to invert:

• Where the thumbnail is relative to the rest of the post
• Which way to swipe for posts
• Which direction the threads grow?

Describe alternatives you've considered Different set of things to reverse

Additional context Would love to get input from left-handed users. My perspective is limited to times that I injured my left wrist and have to hold my phone backwards in my right hand, but I'm weird and use my phone in my left hand despite being right-handed so not a normal use case at all.
