Remove reply button when not logged in

Describe the bug The reply button displays on post when not logged in. When clicking the reply button, a reply screen appears and the user can type a comment. Trying to submit this comment causes the a “posting” notification to pop on screen, which times out and returns the user to the reply screen with their comment. Time out time appears to be related to length of comment

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Don’t be logged in
2. Tap into a post
3. Click the reply button
4. Add a comment
5. Tap the post button.

Expected behavior When not logged in, either:

• the reply button should be removed from the UI
• The reply button should prompt the user to log in when pressed
