Animation speed options

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. An option to change the animation scales for collapsing and expanding comment trees and other animations in Artemis would be a nice addition.

Describe the solution you'd like Provide options for different animation scaling such as a drop down or just the option to turn animations off.

Describe alternatives you've considered N/A

Additional context I am currently using an animation scaling on android of "off" and the in-app animation feels extremely sluggish in comparison to system animations.
