Password manager (Bitwarden) doesn't pop up when clicking in the username or password field

Describe the bug Password manager (Bitwarden) doesn't pop up when clicking on username or password field which would usually allow me to automatically fill in the information.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open app for first time (never logged in yet)
2. Go to "Profile"
3. Tap on username or password field.
4. Bitwarden doesn't come up.

Expected behavior After tapping in the username or password field, a pop up above the keyboard would display "Bitwarden" where I then could click on it to auto-fill my login information.

Additional context Trying to get the password manager to pop up in any way I can, I attempted to press and hold in the fields. "Autofill" would show up but nothing would happen after tapping it. I have also restarted the device in hopes that would resolve it.
