"Keyword filters" setting is kinda confusing atm

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I actually can't tell if these are filters which will be include-only-these ore exclude-these. From the placeholder text I'm ASSUMING exclude-these, but a "filter" is typically include-these.

Describe the solution you'd like I think ideally, rename Keyword filters to "Keyword blocklist"

Describe alternatives you've considered Add some explanatory text to the secondary screen:

Any item you add here will be filtered out of your view. You can include keywords related to content warnings you'd rather avoid, the show you don't want spoiled, the high-profile election in a country you don't live in, or anything else you don't want to see mentioned in any capacity.

Additional context having both the changed name & the explanatory text is fine I think.
