White Bar Above and Behind Keyboard

Describe the bug ~~A white bar appears behind the keyboard when first opening, and under certain circumstances, stays partially above the keyboard until after it is closed. Occurs regardless of current theme.~~

Bug still occurs, but it is a lot less noticable now as the keyboard fills in the full space. Appears to be a layer rendering thing? Biggest concern is in dark mode, where it is a jarring difference in brightness.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Attempt typing into any field (reply/comment, sign in, etc) When keyboard pops up, a white background briefly appears where the keyboard eventually animates to fill.

Expected behavior To not be flashbanged in the middle of the night.
