[Feature Request] Add rental cars to Garage

Hi, I'd like to suggest a feature that might benefit users who occasionally rent cars.

I use the app to track monthly mileage and costs for all vehicles. Currently, tracking rentals is awkward as fields like registration plate are mandatory, and I have to log expenses as "Taxes" while separately recording mileage in "Odometer."

As a v1, there could be a rental car option when creating a vehicle, with optional fields and the ability to hide unnecessary tabs for a specific vehicle, keeping only taxes and odometer.

For v2, those two tabs could be merged into a single dedicated tab. This would make it much easier to track temporary vehicles while maintaining comprehensive records.
