Fix PyPi Formatting

Currently, a separate README has to be used, since PyPi understandably doesn't like HTML in the rst file.

This means that the gif is currently broken, and a different file to the main README has to be maintained

  • Somehow merge the two READMEs together to reduce maintenance.
  • Add the gif to the PyPi readme.

The two main issues are that GitHub doesn't respect image centering in rst, and that PyPi won't render the gif.
