how to run this script on windows 10? can't install curl

Hi @afterdelight, This downloader is written in bash, so WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux) should help. Please wait for a few days as I don't have a windows machine currently, and we're refactoring the codebase right now. I'll write a step-by-step to show how to run on Win 10 after the refactoring is done.
