[Feature Request] Choose window buttons seperately from dconf

I really like the close and maximize buttons in the top bar and have them always enabled.Since they are in the top bar it's redundant in the titlebars of apps. When disabling the buttons through dconf/gsettings it disables them in the top bar.

Being able to choose which window buttons in the top bar would be a great addition.
