to confirm, the google cloud vision api cannot do this if the user has their cell phone in video selfie mode, correct? since it's an api and not an sdk, you have to wait for the network response before you can overlay that filter, correct?

if i am wanting to overlay live filters/lens while the user has their cell phone in video selfie mode, is this something the google cloud vision api can handle?
