`dio` messes up visual markers -- puts them around where this action acted
It makes sense given how it's implemented, but would be interesting to try and look to see if it's possible to make these commands not mess up the '< and '> marks.
N.b. am not sure this is possible given that text objects in other plugins seem to have the same problem.
