Adding support for popular automotive industry interfaces such as J2534 VCI to the interface
In the automotive industry, since 2000, the use of VCI (vehicle communication interfaces) has become very popular. SAE J2534-1:2004 and Passthru API are widely adopted standards in this field.
It is recommended to add a new interface type J2534 VCI to the python-can module.
Based on the following ProtocolID values:
- ProtocolID values: 0x00000005; CAN ,CLASSIC CAN
- ProtocolID values: 0x00008004; CAN_PS ,CLASSIC CAN on J1962_PINS
- ProtocolID values: 0x00008011; FD_CAN_PS ,CAN FD on J1962_PINS
These interfaces can support different physical channels, such as CLASSIC CAN, CAN FD, and J1962_PINS with multiple physical channels.
