Override default send() timeout.

Hello. Problem is related to library python-udsoncan which can work on python-can bus. Original issue is here: https://github.com/pylessard/python-udsoncan/issues/183 The problem which I'm facing is Transmit Buffer Full. Is there an option to globally define send() timeout?
