Specify source IP address

Add the ability to specify which local source IP address to use for establishing connections/probes.

Potentially a good idea, probably easy enough in the cli tool. How might it look at the k8s layer? Is it CNI dependant?

Happy to review but I'm unlikely to implement any time soon.
