Terminal issue

I have Kubernetic 2.12 on Windows There is something with new lines ezgif com-gif-maker (1)

And feature request: It would be good to have an option to open terminal in a native shell (for example PowerShell in my case). Thanks!

echo $COLUMNS always 80, instead of depending on the window size.

This is still present in v3.1.0 (windows) I think #75 is easiest solution for now and much easier to implement for now, built in terminal should be just replaced for something better with multiple tabs support and adjustable font, this is not that easy and quick
