Incompatibile with any addon that uses block decorations

The way indent guides are rendered - with the "overlayer" css class - causes them to cover block decorations, which is undesirable in most cases; for example image and latex math previews will be covered with unrelated indent lines. http://blog.atom.io/2016/02/03/introducing-block-decorations.html
