Minor rendering adjustments

I adjusted the default styling a bit, and couldn't find any declaration of the @syntax-indent-guide-color variable, so I removed it's use. Furthermore I move the indent lines one column to the right, but added some buffer - half an editor character.

Take it as a suggestion, if you don't like the changes, it's fine :+1:

PS: I'm pretty new to atom packages (or node, for that matter), so I hope I didn't oversee a declaration of the @syntax-indent-guide-color variable.
