Starting a server from the Desktop app makes HPX think the app is in another device

When starting a server from the desktop app HPX thinks it's in another device, disabling features such as the external viewer.

HPX should consider it the same device.

Connecting to an already booted server works fine.

How to reproduce

New installation Start HPX desktop Start a new server from the first option Check the external viewer option

  • OS: Windows
  • HPX Version 0.10.0
