数据恢复如何重建binlog等数据

如果硬盘损坏数据丢失，但是数据有定时备份在网络存储中，可以恢复store_path0中数据，这是如果重新部署fastfds服务，连接这个路径，可以正常运行吗？可以通过恢复的文件数据，重建binlog等数据吗？
