Help options - make it dead simple to get support

As a user, if anything goes wrong, I should have ways to get help shoved in my face so they can't be missed.

I am already actively debugging with a couple of our users, make sure it's clear that's an option for people - can I provide an easy link for them to Slack Connect with me?
