fixed_header option to fix the header column on the left

Thank you for developing this awesome package!

I have a very long table horizontally, so I would like to use the fixed_header option to fix the header column on the left as my readers scroll. For example, in the function scroll_box, it would be helpful to have fixed_thead also fixing the header column (not only the header row).

But I can not see fixed header when in knit and check the output in rstudio, it works is perfectly when I check the output in chrome, can it be fixed.(when I scroll down I want my header ti be fixed)..

This is a very nice idea but might be a little hard to implement. I will leave this open for now.
