Porting menu to inside app to inject in jailed ipas, and stop video auto downloading and autoplay

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The problem is that if I made it possible to inject the tweak on a IPA to sideload on a jailed device, it will not work, since the menu is on settings of jailbroken devices.

Describe the solution you'd like Insert the menu inside Instagram, like clicking on Instagram on the left top of the screen to get access to the features.

Describe alternatives you've considered also, it can be embedded on the settings of the app, but on the Instagram tittle seems better, just like Rhino tweak works.

also, a feature to stop autoplay of videos on feed and stories would be nice. I work somewhere where the Wifi is metered and expensive, so not downloading and autoplaying videos would be so so great.
