Pretrained VAE License

Hi, can you clarify the license under which the pretrained VAE and the other models included in the google Drive checkpoints.tar file are released? The Readme specifies the license for the AudioLDM checkpoints in this section, which I assume is just applicable for the models included in the finetuning section.

Thanks for your work here, looking forward to seeing the training code for AudioLDM2!
