是的，在CMCC RAX3000M eMMC上使用2GB的三星K4AAG165WA-BCWE颗粒，只识别到1G。也咨询了MTK维护ATF和uboot的hackpascal大佬，MT7981 DDR4最大支持1GB。 https://forum.banana-pi.org/t/tutorial-build-customize-and-use-mediatek-open-source-u-boot-and-atf/13785/87

好的，感谢大佬回复。我也在几个MT7981的机器上试了2GB的颗粒，都只识别到1G。我以为是颗粒或者BL问题呢。
