add a "disable" option

so basically all I want is a option to disable the mod in the mod settings menu

With the recent res update that broke a lot of inventory mods, which broke inventory all together, this is super important now.

Since this mod makes heavy use of transpiler, it seems to me that a simple implementation of disable would be an option like "enabled (restart required)", but is it still worth it? I would think that if a restart is required, it would be no different than removing the mod's dll Of course, if you still want it, I will implement it
