[Feature request] Add option to customize date and time formats

Hello! Thank you for your work, I found this extension extremely useful. I've been using a custom format and thought it would be nice if the date and time tokens were more customizable, maybe by typing "yyyy/mm/dd" or something like that, or if at least there were a few more options to choose from. My ideal format would be "2025/01/24, 16:05" with military time and no seconds. I hope you might consider adding this feature. Thank you!
