Optional automatic creation of notes upon citation

Describe the solution you'd like When citing with cmd+shift+E, if the literature note does not exist, there should be an option in the config to decide if it gets created or not. It is useful to know whether I have literature notes on a citation based on the colour of the citation backlink (i.e. based on if the file exists or not).

This would require an option to populate a blank note with the template for literature notes (which already exists in vanilla Obisidian, but may need to include the citation plugin template).

Describe alternatives you've considered Just using it as it is.
