Improvement + Backend: Hide 0-Crop Contest Stats

What
Adds an option to hide "contest summary stats" when you haven't broken any blocks during the contest. Moved all of the contest-related configs into a package, and restructured them to make more sense.

- Mainly useful for pest farming.
