This Pull Request adds an overlay that shows all mayor related information in one UI Component.

  • Added MayorOverlay. - j10a1n15
    • View all Mayor related information on your screen: Current Mayor, Minister, Candidates.
    • Hover over their perks to see the perk description.
    • Add it to the Outside SkyBlock list to see the information even when not in SkyBlock.
