[wishlist] Add swap info

Hi, I really like you app, I'm just missing info on swap usage. It would be cool if you could add it somehow.

Maybe it could be shown inside the RAM as another circle (with different colour maybe). Or it could be part of the same circle, but in different colour, so the full circle would show the sum of RAM and swap.

If it's too difficult or wouldn't work well there, you could also just put a bar above the network up/down.
