High CPU usage at startup

Hey there, great app ;)

I have one issue with it, however. Whenever I start up the app, it eats up between 20-30% of my CPU for up to one minute. This makes it hard to accurately monitor the CPU usage in normal cases, until it cools down after a minute or so. This is happening every time I open the app on my system.

I am a bit familiar with technical stuff, so if you need me to fetch any kind of log to help, just let me know.

The same happens with me. The reason is it calculates how it can clean the PC, in the "Cleaner" tab. I would suggest not running this feature by default and instead add a button to start the clean calculation
