Highlighting heavy processes

To detect heavy process it would be a nice feature to change the background color of these processes which have a high cpu load and or a high ram usage. There should be different stages:

• red >90% CPU and or >50% of available RAM
• orange >60% CPU and or >30% of available RAM
• yellow >30% CPU and or >15% of available RAM

These are just examples

All processes which using less then 30% CPU and 15% of available RAM should remain with white background.
