Hagstags links to a specific server

If I'm post a note using a server «A» and I read it from a server «B» and I click on the hagstag, it redirect me to /serverA/tag/hagstag instead of something more universal: /yourserver/tag/hagstag

i understand. this is the same behaviour as in the default gnu social ui, so i just kept that.

but i've also been thinking of hijacking external hashtags and opening the local hashtag streams. but i'm not entirely sure it's a good thing.
