Back on a specific notice to previous timeline

When scrolling through notices we, sometimes, need to look at a specific one. This is done by clicking on the time indication

It opens this notice in context

But when using 'back' button in browser, the previous list we were scrolling through is reset at its top :

It would be great to go back to where the scroll was previously.

it would be good feature, but not a priority for me, since you can expand the notice and click "Expand full conversation", and see the exact same thing as when clicking the timestamp, but without loosing your position in the stream.
