i have exactly the same problem (i have windtre italy)

update: it does show up and doesnt connect and after a minute i shows a error "Wireless Interface (wlan0) IP configuration was unavailable" and it turn off the hotspot

i have fully updated my pinephone 3gb 32gb and still the same error

does there exist a fix or should i simply set the language to english
