Feature Request: Option to assign a constant to a column when importing a file

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I often export all or some of a table, change some values in the exported file with an editor, and import the edited file back into the database. It would often save an editing step if I could enter a constant value to use on the Import screen instead of reading that value from the file. This might look like the attached screenshot (without the red boxes).

Describe the solution you'd like Use the constant from the Import screen if a value is entered instead of using the value from the import file.

Describe alternatives you've considered I would continue to need to change the exported file with an editor.
