Can't seem to get/change the Vendor Name

Open eplt opened this issue 8 years ago • 5 comments

Under many iTunes connect account, I have a few vendor names and ids, but when I use the Load vendor details button, it only returns one of them. Anyone having the same issue?

Hello, AppWage currently only grabs the first vendor id. If you are using more than one (from the same account), you will need to setup multiple connections and manually enter each vendor id + name.

Just checking, does the Vendor Name has to be a perfect match? It doesn’t seem to fetch the reports when I tried to add the account manually.

I was just about to create a new ticket but I saw this. I have having the exact same issue. My apple ID is connected to multiple accounts and brings in numbers from last company added.

I have manually Entered the token then the Vendor Name and Vendor ID but reports are still not coming in.

Any ideas? Really love AppWage.

Thank you

For now what I have done is to create a new users in iTunes with rights to Reports and my sales data is back. I wanted to post this if anyone else is having the same issue, a quick fix.
