Reports show wrong number of paid sales

5 days ago I’ve switched to 1.0.100 and completely reset AppWage before by deleting everything. I never compared the values before so I have no idea if this was always an issue or if it is new. The number of paid sales is slightly different on iTunes Connect and on AppAnnie.

This is what AppWage showed my during the last 5 days for on of my Apps (initial release also 5 days ago): 11, 12, 18, 23 & 14 = 78 paid sales

iTunes connect website shows me (filter set correctly to paid sales only): 9, 18, 20, 32, 12 = 91 paid sales

App Annie shows: 14, 14, 19, 32, 14 = 93 downloads (possibly including promo codes? No idea)

Hi, Hmm its probably technical terms between the three providers. Apple's reports do not simple have a 'this is a paid sale' term. I would suggest checking your reports manually (They are downloaded to ~/Library/Application Support/com.hankinsoft.osx.appwage.iTunesCollectionService/iTunesReports/).

Check this document: https://itunesconnect.apple.com/docs/Apps_Payments_Finance_Reports_Guide.pdf, the last page (Appendix B) is apples explanation on what is what. AWSalesReportHelper.m includes the clause AppWage uses to figure out what it considers to be paid sale.

When looking at the clause and on the report AppWage should show 6 sales for yesterday but it shows 4 instead. Maybe a problem with iPad and iPhone sales in same country?

Hmm maybe. Are there reports for outside of this week?

No, the App started a week ago.
