User internal scheduling

Currently when adding a schedule for backups or for diary writing reminders, it shows up as an upcoming alarm in the system.

I think these kind of pseudo-alarms which are just recurring tasks should not be shown by the system the same way as real alarms are. Is there any way to make these alarms internal only?
