Left positionning of comment box is not good when we freeze columns.

Description

The comment box is on the wrong place when you freeze a column which contain a cell with comment and you use the horizontal scrolling.

Steps to reproduce

  1. https://jsfiddle.net/b682tar4/10/
  2. Freeze Colum B
  3. Reduce width of preview
  4. Scroll to right
  5. Hover cell which contains comment

Thank you for sharing the issue report @JereMiO

I have investigated the subject and created a report at https://github.com/handsontable/handsontable/issues/9645 (with differences between the latest minor version of those before it).

Now I will close your issue but also set a notification to inform you as soon as we provide a fix for the following case.
